On the 1st floor there is another 2 large bedrooms both with en-suite facilities. Going up one more level takes you to a roof garden area with magnificent views of the surrounding valleys, the sea and the mountains.

The garden area is a good practical size with a pool of 8x4. Because the house sits on a corner plot, it is of a more advantageous, practical shape than the rest of the houses in the complex.
