Located in Mathikoloni village, 5 minutes drive from the German Oncology Center and 15 minutes from Limassol. It is adjacent to an existing asphalt registered road and just 1 minute from the center of the village. 

Water, electricity and telephone utilities are available at the plot. There are also 40 carob trees on the plot. 

The land is divided into two parts each falling into a different building planning zone:

-The first part falls within H5 zone which has a building density of  30% and coverage building factor of 20%.  The maximum height allowed is 8.3 m over 2 floors.  The surface area for this part is 6000 m2.

-The second part falls in a Γ3 zone which is an  agricultural designated zone with 10% building and coverage density. This part has a total of 10,725 m2.
