The foundations and concrete structure are built from reinforced concrete based on an anti-seismic design.

- Internal walls use 10cm thick thermal bricks, while the external walls use 30cm thick thermal bricks. Thus providing good insulation of each home as well as good sound insulation.

- Window frames are UPVC with electrical shutters from Da Noi allowing control of natural light coming into each apartment. Double glazed windows of 80 mm are used.

- Secure entrance door to the building is from Da Noi – providing 4 hour fire proof safety and solid security for the residents.

- Elevator is a Schindler 3100.

Flooring throughout each apartment has been designed to be light, airy and blend in well with the overall style of City Residence and the surrounding area.

- Living rooms and kitchens offer natural marble flooring.

- The bedrooms have semi solid parquet flooring.

- Bathrooms/Toilets are fitted with ceramic tiles (class A).

- Common entrances and stairs are fitted with natural marble.

 Each apartment includes a water pressure pump and water tank (capacities being 1500 litres of cold water and 200 litres in the boiler).

- German style 'pipe in pipe' with manifold system is used through-out the building.

All electrical installations have been carried out in compliance with the Electricity Authority of Cyprus.

- Electrical accessories used are by Legrand Italy.

- There is a video phone system – allowing residents to feel safe and secure.

- Provisions for burglar alarms in place should residents wish to install one.

Full installation of Toshiba VRV central heating-cooling in each apartment. Allowing residents to control temperature to a level they are comfortable with.
