The site has building consent for 19 apartments of smaller sizes and has also recently reapplied for a 14 apartments scheme of larger sizes totalling 1826sqm of internal covered area plus 426 sqm of covered balconies, making a total of 2252 sqm.

The valuation (dated Dec 2016) for the entire building plot that measures 3734 sqm, with the benefit of the planning permission is 935,000EUR. The Land Registry valued the plot as 1,120,200 EUR on 01/01/2013.
