This modern building is situated between Panthea and Agia Fyla offering excellent functionality and high level of design in the interior and exterior spaces

This project consists of 6 modern apartments of two bedrooms in each of the three floors. The two apartments on the third floor include a beautiful roof garden. All the apartments have comfortable areas with spacious verandas with panoramic views. Each apartment has a covered parking area and private storage room in the ground floor.

The apartments big windows are facing the southwest and allows plenty of sunlight to enter the rooms and utilize as much solar energy as possible. The large openings of the apartments are oriented southwest in order to utilise all the solar energy. Sliding shades were installed for the warm season that way the interiors have shading and natural light. The architecture design of the common areas keeps the main entrance organised and provides a feeling of safety to the residents.
