The floors are raised floors covered with marble tiles. The windows are double glazed with aluminium profiles and the internal doors are made of wood. The building is fully air conditioned (VRV and split unit appliances). The building is fully protected by security system with cctv cameras, automation systems on lights and accessing the building (smart card pass) and it is served by an elevator and staircase. All areas are protected by a fire prevention and suspension system. The ceiling is covered with decorative plaster boards. The building is both externally and internally in a very good maintenance and repairing condition.

The building consists of a two level basement parking space, a ground floor with mezzanine and four upper floors with offices. Below there is a description for each floor.
