Built in 1921 and lovingly restored by the artist owner, this gem is next to the Art Deco Rialto Theatre, 60m from Hero Square, 5 minutes walk from the main shopping street, and 10 minutes walk to the seaside 'Molos' park.

The house is listed as an historical building and was renovated with funding from the historical preservation department.

The very big main hallway has it's original features; solid wooden front door, black and white floor tiles, art deco ceiling light, double wooden doors, folding central doors, and leads from the front door to a delightful walled courtyard garden.

There are three spacious bedrooms leading from large adorable hallway, one is master bedroom  with an ensuite  walk in mosaiced bathroom  done by owner artist.

Fully fitted  separate wooden rustic style  kitchen in the middle of the house  with small utility room extra.

Corridor leads to a small storeroom with a loft space above   and  a very big guest bedroom - sitting or any other purpose room that with guest toilet with shower is kind of private and could be even rented as one self catering unit.

The garden is low maintenance with two established fruit trees (pomegranate and loquat / mespilia), bougainvillea, various other tropical type plants. Partially paved with Greek slate, there is a hand carved stone sink in the far corner.
