Το έργο κατασκευάζεται σε κεντρικό σημείο του Δήμου Στροβόλου. Η περιοχή θεωρείται προνομιακή με εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο ή εκτός Λευκωσίας.

Το τριώροφο κτίριο αποτελείται από έξι (6) διαμερίσματα των τριών και δύο υπνοδωματίων.

Υπάρχουν δύο διαμερίσματα ανά όροφο.

Στο υπόστεγο υπάρχουν αποθήκες και λειτουργικοί χώροι στάθμευσης για κάθε διαμέρισμα.

Το κτίριο είναι ενεργειακής κλάσης Α

The three-storey building consists of six (6) apartments of three and two bedrooms.
