The building has a height of 31 meters, 9 floors. With only 2 aprtments per floor. There are 8 two bedroom and 3 three bedroom apartments. The distance to the beach is 110 meters, straight line.

The building will be constructed with the highest specifications and standard. This is a Class A energy efficiency building, which has all the exterior cladding with ceramic and Hpl panels which in result will demand minimal maintenance, and keep its aesthetics for a very long period. All walls will be insulated with the equivalent of 10cm polystyrene and the most efficient windows which will create comfortable microclimate in each apartment.

The ground floor will consist of a lobby, gym, sitting and spa area with his and her changing rooms and showers, as well as a common swimming pool for adults and a second shallow pool for children.

The residence will also have an underground parking and storages.

 All apartments will have underfloor heating, VRV air conditioning system and electronic shutters in the bedroom as standard. The only thing that is optional is the KNX home automation system for the two bedroom apartments (it comes standard in three bedroom aprtments).

The project will be constructed by February 2020.
